3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Molasses
2 Eggs
3 Tbs DUDLEY STUBBS CANADA GINGERBREAD SPICE
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
Preheat Oven – 350F
1. Whisk butter & sugar until creamy.
2. Add eggs one at a time. Add molasses until well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, Gingerbread spice, salt & baking powder.
4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, a little at a time until just combined.
5. Roll dough into 2 balls, keep in the fridge for an hour, up to 2 days.
6. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick. use cookie cutter to cut out the desired shapes.
7. Place parchment paper on the cookie sheets. place the shapes onto the cookie sheet. Bake 7-11 mins.
